What is your MOQ?

MOQ varies by product family rather than a single catalog-wide minimum: DZ08 series — 500 pcs; other DZ series — 1,000 pcs; AN and WD series — 2,000 pcs; other standard products — 1,000 pcs. Brushless motor controllers and motors are largely custom-developed, so MOQ for those is negotiated on a per-project basis.

What is your typical lead time?

Standard items: 25–35 days. Custom-developed products: lead time depends on the product and commercial agreement.

Can you provide certificates for your products?

Yes. Our products carry UL, TÜV, CE and FDA certifications as applicable. Certificate documents and official verification guidance (UL Product iQ / Certipedia) are provided to qualified customers during technical review — please contact our sales team.

Do you offer OEM / ODM services?

Do you provide samples before mass production?

Yes. Free samples of 5–10 pcs can be provided for testing and approval; the customer bears the sample shipping cost.

Our warranty follows the validity life of the product's certification rather than a fixed shelf-life period — coverage tracks the certification validity of each product.
