Power-loss & undervoltage protection
The main circuit opens automatically when power fails or voltage drops below the rated level.
The DZ-6 series is a double-pole, normally open electromagnetic switch with power-loss and undervoltage protection — designed for machinery that must not restart on its own.
The main circuit opens automatically when power fails or voltage drops below the rated level.
After power returns, the machine stays off until the start button is pressed again — no unexpected start-ups.
Longer service life, higher current rating and better sealing, protected by national utility-model and design patents.
Wire an overload relay, travel switch, thermostat or Hall switch into one integrated protection loop.
Two certification lines of the same switch: the DZ-6 carries CE / TÜV approval for 250 V~ markets, while the LDZ-6 carries UL 61058 approval for 127 V~ markets.
Both versions are double-pole make with an undervoltage release coil (U<). The 5P version adds the A1 control terminal for wiring external protection devices into the loop.

Terminals 3 · 4 · 7 · 8 — double-pole make with undervoltage release.
Terminals 3 · 4 · 7 · 8 + A1 (2.8 mm) — A1 for external protection-loop wiring.
Panel cutout 46 × 22 mm; fast-on terminals 6.3 mm.
The DZ6 starts and controls motors on machines that must stop safely when power fails — and stay stopped until an operator restarts them.
Saws, jointers, planers and sanders
Benchtop drilling machines
Water-cooled tile saws and cutters
Lathes, mills and grinders
Concrete and food mixers
Chippers, shredders and yard equipment
Also used in electric drive control equipment.
A switch manufacturer with UL- and TÜV-certified in-house laboratories and over two decades of supply to leading power-tool brands.
DKLD designs and manufactures electromagnetic switches, speed-control switches and protection devices for electric appliances. Products are approved under TUV, UL, CE, AS, FDA and SAA, with more than 100 national patents — and ship to customers including Black & Decker and TTI.

It starts and controls motors on machinery that must stop safely when power fails. Typical applications are woodworking machinery such as saws, jointers, planers and sanders, bench drills, tile and wet cutters, small machine tools such as lathes, mills and grinders, mixers, garden machinery and electric drive control equipment.
The DZ-6 carries TUV/CE CE(EN61058 EN60947), and the LDZ-6 line is approved to EN / IEC 60947-3, EN 61058-1 T85, UL 61058, CE and TV; the DZ-6 is the certification line for 250V~ markets and the LDZ-6 the line for 127 V~ markets. It is manufactured by Yue Qing Dongke Electric Co., Ltd. (DKLD) in a 30,000 m plant in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, with UL- and TV-certified in-house laboratories.
The DZ-6 line is rated 250V~/110V~ with a rated current of 16(15A AC-3:15A, a maximum ambient temperature class of T85/T55 and protection level IP55. The LDZ-6 line is rated 127 V~ with 16(15) A and 18(18) A (AC-3 250 V 15 A, AC-15 250 V 8 A), T85/55 and the same IP55 protection, and mechanical life is 50,000 cycles.
Both versions are double-pole make with an undervoltage release coil (U<). The 4P version uses terminals 3 4 7 8, while the 5P version adds the A1 control terminal (2.8 mm) for wiring external protection devices into the loop. Mounting uses a panel cutout of 46 22 mm with fast-on terminals of 6.3 mm.
It is designed as a reliable alternative solution for KJD17 type applications, with a higher current rating, longer service life and better sealing, protected by national utility-model and design patents. An overload relay, travel switch, thermostat or Hall switch can be wired into one integrated protection loop through the external protection-loop terminals.
